Standards for submission, review, and response to reviewers aren’t always formally taught and can be difficult to understand. Those navigating the review process for the first time often must rely on a network of mentors to maneuver a manuscript through submission to acceptance. In this two-part workshop, we provide an introduction to all stages of the peer review process. This two-part Botany360 event is adapted from the publishing workshop held in conjunction with Botany 2021 Virtual! It’s updated with a new speaker and interactive breakout activities in each part.
